This is one of the truly inspiring movies that I will cherish for years to come. The true story of Ephraim Hanks is quite well suited for the big screen, and it comes to life beautifully in this T.C. Christensen production. I came away from watching this movie with a burning desire to be a better man, have more faith, give more of myself in the service of others, and respond when the Lord calls me to do something, whether small or great. Ephraim Hanks will go down in my household as a revered man with a cherished legacy. If you have not seen this film, do yourself a favor and buy it. We will enjoy watching it again and again. I also love the soundtrack and often listen to it for inspiration.

Fantastic movie and even better than 17 Miracles if that is possible. If you go prepared not only will you enjoy the movie from an entertainment standpoint, but you will be able to gain spiritual insights as well. We need more movies like this. Very professionally done in all aspects.

This was so well done. I loved the story of Ephraim and he is an awesome actor. Handsome and all. Loved the 2-fold meaning of the ‘rescue’. Great job!!! I’ve already seen it 2 times and have plans for this Saturday to go with family that have not seen it.

Ephraim’s Rescue was so much more than I expected.
I’ve seen it twice in the theaters and we’ve taken as many family members and friends as we can to see it. I did not see “17 Miracles” yet, but it’s not necessary. Friends who aren’t LDS can also easily enjoy the human emotions portrayed, the authentic scenery and costuming, and beautiful filming.
